hi, I'm Italian and sorry for my English! So, I've buy an DT450 from amazon a few day ago.
It’s normal an oscillation of the plate while spinning?

I think the problem is on the hole of the plate

Hi,

the plate shouldn't have a radial run-out while spinning. If it is like in your vid, the center hole isn't 100% in a right angle to the plate.
But if you have bought it just a couple of days, you can send it back for change.

On the other hand, if you have technical eqiupment, you can straighten it by machine. Straighten by hand = no chance.
